Nellie McQuinn
Nellie was born and raised in Sydney, Australia where she started performing at the age of four. She made her professional Australian television debut guest starring in the ABC's GP at the age of seven. She has since performed in television, theatre and film in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
At last year’s Edinburgh Fringe, Nellie was seen in the one woman show Teddy and Topsy, playing dancer Isadora Duncan. Her performance was received greatly.

In 2011, Nellie finished training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, where she performed the role of Sarah in Mike Bartlett's Earthquakes In London, Julius Caesar in an innovative production of Julius Caesar directed by Vivian Munn and Kirsty, in a new writing project in collaboration with Goldsmith's College and directed by Tom Hunsinger.

Prior to this, Nellie has been fortunate enough to work on productions such as Ron Howard's The Da Vinci Code, Lesbian Vampire Killers (with James Cordon and Matthew Horne) and has worked with artists Groove Armarda, Ministry of Sound, and Razorlight.

Nellie is also a classically trained dancer and studied at the Australian Institute of Performing Arts. Whilst training, she performed lead roles in the musicals BIG, Little Shop of Horrors, Bye Bye Birdie as well as fulfilling the role of dance captain in South Pacific and Half a Sixpence.

In 2006, Nellie was voted by the public into the lead role in The Script and the Rose, which was filmed with the BBC and Grass Roots Media. With Grass Roots Media she has since produced, co-written and played Zoe in the online series The London Affair. The London Affair broke records when it screened online and received a staggering 1.8 million views.
